15 months on from our Claim being lodged with the European Court of Human Rights [ECtHR] at Strasbourg we still wait for a decision with regards to the case’s admissibility before the Court

The latest addition to The View From Outside focuses on Sir Keir Starmer, leader of the Labour Party and widely tipped to win the next general election. Much as I want to see the end of the current governing administration, I’m not thrilled with the prospect of Starmer as Prime Minister.
